Hello Everyone, I need to enable IMAP on my server, but I cant start the IMAP or NNTP services from the Exchange System Manager. I keep getting an error that says: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. Check the Windows Event Viewer for details. When I check the event viewer, there are no messages that tell me anything about this error. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks, Chris

Set IMAP and NNTP services to automatic in services snap-in, then use ESM to verify that IMAP and NNTP is started.

Ok, got it. Thanks. I've actually asked around and looked for those services many times before but was never able to find them because that's not what they are called.
